REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs the financial terms between you (“you”, “user”) and
Ay for Technology and Distance Learning, operating as Quranst (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”),
regarding all educational services provided through https://quranst.com (the “Site”).

We are committed to providing a transformative educational experience across our four main tracks: Smart Parenting & Behavior, Islamic Studies, Quranic Courses, and Arabic Language.

1. Cancellation Before Commencement

Students are eligible for a full refund (minus any administrative or bank transaction fees) if a cancellation request is submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date of the course or the first session.

2. Withdrawal After Course Start

Trial Period: If you feel the course is not the right fit after attending the very first session, you may request a refund for the remaining unused sessions.
Partial Refunds: Refund requests submitted after the first session but before completing 25% of the course duration will be prorated, deducting the cost of attended sessions and administrative fees.
Non-Refundable: No refunds will be issued once more than 25% of the course material or sessions have been delivered.

3. Group Discounts

Group discounts (3+ members) apply only when all members register and complete payment simultaneously.
If a member withdraws and the remaining group falls below the minimum size (3 participants), the discount will be voided for the remaining members. Their fees will be recalculated at the standard individual rate, and the difference will be deducted from the withdrawing member’s refund.
Member Substitution: To maintain the group rate, you may substitute a withdrawing member with a new participant at no extra cost, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the first session.

4. Service Disruptions

In the rare event that the institute cancels a course or is unable to provide the service as scheduled (e.g., instructor absence without a substitute), students will be offered the choice of a 100% refund or a credit toward any other educational track.

5. Digital Products & Materials

Please note that any downloadable digital resources, curriculum guides, or recorded materials provided as part of the enrollment are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

6. Refund Processing

All requests must be sent formally via our official support email. Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your original payment method and bank’s policies.
